Nintendo Will Lock Your Wii U If You Don't Agree To The New License Agreement

As far as I remember this isn't new. Can't remember if this has been a part of the Wii U's licence agreement before but it has been a part of the 3DS licence agreement for a while.

And there's no way they would actually do it anyway.
