I was thinking in a new way to use the wii U´s gamepad on super smash bros.

Is a multiplayer mode where the player with the gamepad dont just choose the character and fight with other. Instead it is the stage master.

How it works?

When we are playing, items appear randomly, the stage moves itself. what if the gamepad player controls all those things?

Choose pokeball and the pokemon that will apear in it and then the pokemon appear on game as a item. In a box of items you can choose what items will be inside of it, choose which assist thropies will apear, and even control some options of them. Include figthers on game by putting amiibos at the NFC of gamepad. You can also choose the speed of the moving platforms, also the speed of the stages changes(i remember the DK brawl stage where you have to go up forever, sometimes  the stage goes up very quickily, the stage master could control this, or also that metroid stage that turns upside down, you can control that too). Or also have some stages that havo more than 1 way of changing, you could choose how to change, given options. Or even if the stage is build by the user, edit the stage in real time(excetp a base ground that couldnt br changed) All in real time when other are fighting, and ther players would not see what he is making on gamepad.

Of course we would have limitations. for example, you can only choose 1 legendary pokemon per match, change the stage only at every 20 seconds, timeout for item respawn.

But i think it would be very funny! Even more chaotic, and players would like to be the stage master!

What do you think? good ideia? bad?
