Averaging 480 000 consoles per week is pretty hard on the second year at the last quarter when you start considering that the record holder is the WII with an average of 580 000 units per week. What's more is that the PS4 also struggles to sell 1 million units per month so the PS4's performance as the leading platform is far from ideal in comparsion to both the WII and PS2. |
The diff is wii collapsed, ps4 won't...wii was a flash in the pan, and folded...Ps2 will never be matched. Ps4 will outsell wii easy long term as it will have legs. Anyone who brings up the wii without mentioning how fast it folded and how it sold to a market that no longer exists. Sony already has 2 consoles that sold better due to legs.
