Banjo 3 needs to happen... but at what cost?

I would love to see it and I think Rare is capable of making it. Kameo and Banjo were 2 games that I actually bought and enjoyed on Xbox 360. Pefect Dark is the one that I would like to see changed into an open world action adventure game.
