Since Sony loses money on this and MS none I don't see why they would sue. I rather guess that MS had a good laugh about it.

Sony are not the ones who recieve all of the cash paid for games off psn you know? that goes to the publishers in this case Mojang/Microsoft.

I'm pretty sure that all money that is paid via the PSN service will go to a Sony bank account from where Sony will reimburse the publishers/developers. So Sony is the only one who loses because they got no money from which to reimburse the content providers.

Sony loses and every competitor of Sony wins.

How does this possibly effect someone like Nintendo?
