It probably is, however I think Garbador at least still looks Pokemon-esque (I'm mildly disturbed I actually remembered that name off the top of my head btw). Like I said though, that thing in the OP looks straight outta Bayonetta or Devil May Cry or something. Totally out of place as a pokemon.
