Insanely difficult question...I'd say as far as my childhood is concerned, SM3 or SMW. I remember being incredibly enamored with the way Nintendo made the environments of SMW. Though, Ocarina of Time was fun, I didn't get to play it nearly as much as I'd liked. Basically got to see a bit of screwing around here and there from some friends, and then got to see a ton of the GannonDorf fight...enough to be able to kill him (using their saves), without having played any of the rest of it heh.
