No. Pokemon is a third party game. Nintendo has nothing to do with Pokemon.

Nintendo are co-owners of the intellectual property. They have everything to do with Pokemon.

As it was mentioned in the other thread they also own majority shares in the two other companies that own the ip. pretty sure they have to greenlight everything
