I suggest you look at Monster Hunter 4G, then look at this game. It's not about the hair you see. It can look like it has hair, but be a flat texture. The New 3DS can more than handle that (as can the Wii U and Vita and virtually any console on the market). Developers use visual tricks often to get those effects

You're telling me that MH4G looks near from the CGI monsters in DQH cinematics ? Even Vita couldnt do that...

MH4G also has CGI movies that look like that. Chances are those are screens of the CGI movies from whatever game. Virtually any console can play them :P

I meant that the ingame visuals will be like the CGI visuals of Dragon Quest Heroes , not the same thing :P
