If you're talking about review scores then you'd be looking at things like Dark Dreams Don't Die, Destiny, Drive Club, Destiny and Watch Dogs.

If you're talking about reviw scores relative to the degree of marketing and hype, that really is less of a debate, and the frontrunners are Drive Club, Destiny and Watch Dogs. Fortunately for the publishers those three games will all wind up selling well when the dust settles - but the franchises will not last long if something significant isn't done to bring them up to scratch in the second iteration.

As for your mention of DriveClub in your third paragraph, it wasn't hyped close to as much as either Destiny or WD, yet it performed about as well (In the review score department), so I don't see how that is a frontrunner.
