Dragon Age has more than just citizen NPC's ppulating their world but dragons, creates and many other things with their own AI. Its densely populated. Extremely detailed and multi-regional.

Well I'd have to see more Dragon Age, what I saw didn't look as busy as AC:U.

Not that it really matters. I still subscribe to the theory AC:U is aiming for parity.
