Apples and oranges.

You're comparing an open world game with tons of NPCs to a more linear adventure game.

Not to mention how much money and polishing Sony invests in exclusives (which is, of course, a good thing!). Not every company is able to do so.

Uncharted games cost around 20 million. Hundreds of people from multiple studios work on an AC game for multiple years. AC: U is apparently in development for the last four years. I bet its budget is much, much more. Not that I say AC is a bad looking game. I love AC4.

But it is not as dedicated as a console exclusive, in no way. It is not only dev cost but also a dedication which people work for you and how much they can work on a game exclusively. UbiSoft is a 3rd party company whose devs jump between projects back and forth, from game to game. This doesn't apply to devs who can work exclusively on one console on 1 or 2 games in 3 years.
