Bloodborne to be released with unstable 30fps? I doubt it. The game looks really good but not that good that I'd doubt it's stable at 30fps. Especially the fluid gameplay almost requires it to be locked and stable as timing is especiall crucial in this game.

Both Dark Souls 1 and 2 had framerate issues. DS1 would slow down to a crawl in certain areas. From just isn't the most technically-savvy studio out there.
