And this way of thinking is the exact reason why anyone is suing for any stupid reason today.

Internet is a marvelous thing but how people are jumping on any small comment (actually 99% bad ones) and makes it a fact is awesome...
Now if you look at good news, it is quite the opposite, the Internet mobs are going to doubt it until the very end... But bad news. BOOM, as soon as it is out :)

Look, if ask you if you've stolen something, and you don't answer, or you for example say "I'd rather not say", then it's pretty obvious you have.

Especially for official statements from large companies. Then it's not really smart to lie, because if someone finds out, then you'll recieve a lot of bad PR, so instead of lying, they just don't say anything.

EDIT: I think you guys are reading a bit to much into my posts. I didn't go anywhere beyond saying that they obviously have been crunching. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn't even say if that there was anything wrong with that. For the record, I'm going to buy this game.
