People are too biased hère, they forget that USA is not the center of the world and forget thé OP, thinking to much to their own preferences...
Me, i would never buy a console for COD but hey, if hé si really a COD( or any other multiplayer game except for halo )and want to play with the gamers in his country, his wish of buying a PS4 is logical and understandable because outside UK ans US, almost everyone will play multiplayer games on PS4 and userbase is already 2 times bigger , Australia like every country in Europe makes no exception... So the PS4 is necessary for him to play multiplayer games in that case.
Even if having both would be the best solution, if hé has enough money to buy a PS4 at full price in few weeks
