Not really, this is all my opinion of course just like your above statement is an opinion. Nothing wrong with people wanting to get value out of the 60 bucks they spend on a game. You listed God of War as an example before, I'd never pay 60 bucks for a game like that, short story and that's really all you get out of that game, a story. I'll gladly wait for it to drop in price (20 bucks) before I ever consider buying it, which I'm glad I didn't buy any GoW games because I can get every GoW game  for 20 bucks now on a single disc (except Ascension). I'm not saying short games aren't fun I buy Halo and Gears games at full price but that's because they have MP I can go to and play for hundreds of hours making them easily worth the money I spend on them.

Ironically, Ascension is the only God Of War game with a multiplayer mode to increase its longevity.

Anyways, what you just said is exactly what's wrong with gamers today. They only buy a game if its really long, or has multiplayer, or both. A game seems to be worthy of a purchase for the content it has, not for the quality of that content. With this kind of a mindset among gamers you'll soon only see RPG's, open-world games, multiplayer-oriented shooters and sim racing games on PS/Xbox systems. I think you might be fine with that, but I certainly wouldn't. Might not even bother with gaming then.

Do you go out to watch movies? The tickets for a movie usually cost around ten dollars, don't they? Well, they are only about 2 hours long. So 60 dollars should be fine for a 12 hour game or longer. Think about it.

No I rarely go out to watch a movie, @ bolded, again this is your opinion repeating it over and over doesn't make it fact.
