The difference between the woman and the guy in this story?  The teenager was just walking in the street when she was attacked by this criminal. He got what he deserved.  We shouldn't care at all at what he will suffer. He lost all his moral rights when he attempted to rape the teenager.

He is now nothing more than a danger for society, and the crowd acted accordingly.

Not sure what moral rights you are refering to but when you commit a crime you do not lose Any of your rights, not for the last several hundred years or unless you've commited a terrorist attack which has killed thousands even then there would be attempts to bring you alive to justice.

As for saying that someone can't possible rape someone because they've cut off his penis, that logic would mean it would be impossible for a woman to rape someone which is not correct.
