"The whole resolution and fps bullshit debate is to stupid for words. . ."

Well put. Now if only you would heed those words yourself, we might just make progress.

At the end of the day, no one remembers Ocarina of Time for its 320 x 240 resolution, or its 20 frames per second. They remember it because they got to own a horse, solve puzzles in cleverly designed dungeons, interact with people while wearing masks, play songs to find secrets, and take down the king of evil and watch as his tower collapsed.

That's how you make your games memorable.

It was a chore with such a chugging frame rate in 1998. In 2014 the game is nigh on unplayable. Thank god for the 3DS remaster.

Resolution is much less of an issue for me. But games are instantly better wiith 60fps. Though we have to remember, some people don't have the vision which can discern 60fps from 30fps which is why we get so many arguements that it makes no difference/isn't important. If 30fps looks the same for you, great! I'm actually jealous.
