Ironically, he acts like a child in stating this. An adult would be able to see that their complaints are legitimate; whether or not they agree with the complaints.
On a separate note it's extremely dumb to say this from a business perspective. If people felt strongly enough to voice their complaints then they're capable of feeling strongly enough to not buy the game.
