CoD is one of many examples right now sticking with 60 fps.

Most of their key franchises have been for a while now.

Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 8, New Super Mario Bros U, Tropical Freeze, all 60fps.

Last gen Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Metroid Prime 3, DKCR, NSMBWii, Mario Kart Wii, Smash Bros Brawl...
