They did, but i wouldn't really blame that on 30fps itself. A totally locked 30fps with effort put in to maintain a low input delay would be incredibly difficult to distinguish from the series original 40 to 60fps variable (without quickly trying one after the other anyway). That's what most of us assumed they were going to do when they decided to change to 30fps. Instead we got Nexus, which could barley maintain 30fps when just running about... During fights it often dropped into the teens ¬_¬ |
