Fire Emblem at smth like 40 hours is my top spot, would have been more if I didn't skip all the cutscense in the game. Didn't play 3DS for almost a year though, feels kinds stale lately with releases I'm personally not interested.
UPD: looking at these hundreeds of hours wasted on Pokemon et al. some have posted, that made me feel a little better :D
