I think Xbox one is hugely undertracked. Firstly China alone is over 100k first 24 hours. EU seems way off and US I predict is now already microsofts.
There will be some big changes when Microsoft reveals its shipped numbers. Xbox one will get a big boost on this site then. |
If anything it's overtracked here. What you're describing is confirmation bias. I am a PC and Nintendo fan, but PS4 is absolutely crushing it, all you have to do is look at sales charts, Best Buy, Gamestop, and the ever reliable Amazon charts. If NPD comes and shows yet another 2 to 1 US victory, will the last remnants of these unrealistic beliefs die out? I swear it feels like a religious cult to me, these few who consistently have faith in something that is so unlikely and unproven that it defies logic and sanity.

dude its just my opinion. We will see. If it hasn't already, I certainly think halo will bring Xbox to the fore in us. Mcc is possibly the best fanfare ever to grace gaming. And a lot of us people love halo. But hey we will see. Personally I actually don't care. I dont really like Sonya games as they tend to be over the top cinematic and linear gameplay. So ill always prefer games like gears of war or halo to uncharted or the last of us. Although I ove me some god of war. By far Sonys best game.

In uncharted I played for an hour sometimes while pressing one button through cutscene or dialog or slowly walking through a desert. Etc. Looks nice, but with a b movie story got boring for me. Gears or halo doesn't do this. They still play like games. I actually prefer uncharted 1 to uc2 and 3 and the last of us for this reason. I also prefer the new tomb raider over uc because it borrowed some elements of uc but put an actual game around it. Especially the tombs etc that weren't part of the story.
I wonder if reviewers are sick of that type of game already? The order is getting harsh previews for taking player control away atm. Something that became really prominant last gen in naughty dogs games.
Anyway, my opinion.

Tomb raider is an actual game and UC is not? Are you serious with this trolling,? The majority of uc is third person shooting, meter stealth and platforming. It doesn't gamier . You cherry pick the few shirt sequences that are story telling based and make broad incorrect statements about those games. Both tlou and US have fantastic game play. The game having amazing story does not eliminate the other 90 percent of pure game play. Tr plays just like uncharted only not as good. It is an uncharted wannabe. The irony. Your comments are ban worthy Imo , pure flaming.
It doesn't get more straight forward, linear and repetitive as gears of war. Ps uc and tlou have great multiplayer.
Tlou has 1 HOUR OF skippable cut scenes, game is near 20 hours long. You are ignoring 95 percent of those games to create a false narrative.
