The only difference is there are more PC games now than there were in 2004 etc which PC gaming was still in a growing period. The games so far this generation could not be done on an older system, without question so it is a step forward. If your annoyed that a £320 console cannot out perform a PC that costs significantly more, then go and buy a PC and don't worry about it. |
To be fair, PS4/Xbone are not as high end for their time as PS3/360 were. Not that that's a bad thing; nobody wanted "$599 US dollars" all over again.
