Hmmm they don't have that? I thought that could be done through the kinect (I'm pretty sure you can't use headphones for voice messages yet though). 

Well... if that's true that's even more lame. I don't understand how MS didn't add all the loved features the 360 had. Shows they really rushed it.

I used that feature many times myself, didn't even know that it was missing... With kinecless Xone's is a must.
