Real reason big budget 3rd party games are not on Nintendo systems

They buy content, content that is console or timed-exclusive. That's not free, and is very much part of marketting.

Irrelevant, the games it's free to come ,  they even have to pay for the licence (SDK, Engine, tools etc) to come to both console, exclusive or non exclusive content is part of the games. even if the games is not comming with exclusives content, it will comes and updated latter on as free bonuses. Discusing about exclusive content is not part of topic we talking about the reason why 3rd party are not on Nintendo system.

Actually they come to Nintendo but not the primary titles, some one should make another thread  " Why there is no primary 3rd party titles on Nintendo Wii u "
