After all these years and people still dont know what Nintendo is as an enity? Why am I not shocked? As Perrin Kaplan said years ago during the Gamecube era, Nintendo is "not" a tech company, they are an entertainment company. They make hardware to have 100% contol of the development tool chain, 100% control over innovation (Wii Mote) and to create new revenue streams like Amiibo, N3DS faceplates, etc. Third party devs are not a key part of the equation.

Exactly. But people should also not complain when Nintendo gets a third party exclusive.

there are way more people complaining about Nintendo not getting 3rd party games than Ninty getting 3rd party exclusive. Lets be honest. hell this thread is just a large collection of complaints.

The point is, people complaining about "X" multiplatform game not coming to Wii U are just as stupid as people complaining about "Y" third party game being exclusive to Wii U. More exclusive third party games are coming to Nintendo platforms in the future and more third party games will miss Nintendo platforms entirely. This has been going on since 1995.

well by that logic there are more stupid people complaining about games not coming to WIi U then. Thats my point.
