If we can compare that figure with what VGChartz has for MK8 sales, that means there are more SSB 3DS copies out there now than there are MK8.
I wonder whether this is a good or bad omen for the Wii U version.
The polls I've seen on here (for what they're worth) suggest that the number of people who only intend to get the 3DS version is very small compared with the number of people who are going to get the Wii U version or the number of people who are going to get both.
If the polls are representative of everyone else outside this community, then SSB Wii U would beat MK8 hands down within a couple of weeks. Somehow, I'm not sure I can see that happening...
