I don't know how you can ever play a Fighting game with the GC pad, I think that's the worst pad for a fighting game in the history of gaming. I use this to play Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

I know this comes down to preference but to me the PS3/4's segmented D-Pad isn't best suited for fighters either.  

Plus it says that that adapter might malfunction with future software updates.  It will also probably eat your Wiimote batteries faster and it costs around $27 for just the single adapter.

The Fightpad for the PS3 is the best non-joystick pad out there. It has a wire so I think it uses less batteries...
