Well, if you are going to equate Sony fans who are against games getting gimped just for the sake of parity, which Ubisoft confirmed before backtracking because of the backlash, to fanboys then I say good riddance. And if you are going to be so naive as to believe the CPU is holding back the resolution of the game, then you should really stop blindly believing what publishers say, as that is more dependent on the GPU rendering the image. Especially when they now say they are getting the most out of each system. How much you wanna bet the games will look nearly identical, even at the same resolution and framerate?
Also, even if we think about their CPU comment, are we really expecting AI that will blow our minds? I highly doubt it. More likely, it will be similar to the AI in past ACs. And just by watching videos, I can tell that while the game is pretty good looking, its not exactly going to be winning any graphics awards.
