It's actually only up by 37%, amounting to only a 510k increase. Which is entirely due to Mario Kart 8, in fact now that the MK boost is pretty much gone the Wii U's September sales of 175,694 are actually below last Septembers sales of 189,382. So yeah if it's September sales aren't any higher than last years then I don't really expect it's Oct-Dec sales to be either.
