So how does me missing a week mean I get losses? I was super busy last week my record should be the same as last week.

Any pick that isn't a win will be a loss, so no pick is an automatic loss. Same thing happened when you missed TNF in a previous week. It's as simple as that, your record shows how often you were right and how often you were not. Also, whether your record is 34-42 or 34-27 doesn't make any real difference for the standings, because players are ranked by number of correctly picked games and that's 34 for you in either case.

Since you posted in this thread and were quoted by me, I won't have to send you a PM to remind you that you missed week 5.

I understand if you miss the Thursday night game it is a loss because you are picking the other games during that week.  But to miss a week entirely means i did not make an attempt so i can be neither right or wrong.

You only get points for being making correct picks. You do not lose or receive points you pick wrongly. You do not receive points for not making picks at all. Therefore, if you don't pick at all, you cannot receive points. You "lose" by not winning points. Your win percentage does not matter, only your total number of points from winning. There is nothing else for you to make a case for, man. It happens to most of us at some point or another.

Thanks for clearing that properly. I was just stating the case when he was saying how often i was right and how often i wasn't, when clearly I can't because i did not make any picks last week.
