I promise you I read an awful lot of people say COD was microsofts new baby. Read it so often I'm shocked you never seen it.

I will kindly disagree with you on the price. If they could have launched with that price they would have. They new long before launch they were going to get an ass kicking and if they wanted to stop it the logical thing would have been a price drop. Something tells me MS don't want to bleed so much money from xbox anymore.

If you say so, buddy. Bottomline, having CoD was important to both 360 and PS3 regardless of what you read.

MS is potentitally bleeding money bunding their console with new AAA games. They also just spent billions on a IP. Hence, MS can and takes risk. They just didn't take one with X1 at launch and they're paying for it.

thye also took big risks with games like COD getting all the advertising and the dlc deal every year. That is certainly paying for them now just not in a good way. Who is to say selling the machine 100$ cheaper would even make a diff? They were never going o not go with the oce successful Kinect so they could have sold it at the same price as the PS4 and with Kinect. They would be hemeraging money right now.

A better idea you could have come up with would be spending an extra 1 billion to create hardware more powerful tha the PS4.
