What the heck is the point in "diversifying their workforce"? They're not the Mardi Gras.
It's not fair that someone won't get hired because they don't fit the diversity profile. I doubt they ever ran an ad "now hiring heterosexual white males" or that anyone ever gave two shits during an interview about who the applicants were. Completely unfair and I am disgusted.
