After check some dates I agree with you.
FIFA 15 was delayed in Latin America... Oct 9 is the official date here (Brazil at least).
Old FIFA (I don't remember witch) sold ~200k here at launch... so you can remove at least 100k from the PS4 version (and a bit from others version too).
