I never cared for that franchise, so whatever.

If you don't care for the game/franchise, why did you enter and why did you comment?

Well, this thread was adressed to Nintendo fans... Last time I checked, which was a second ago, I was a Nintendo fan.

I share this opinion, don't ask questions if you don't want to hear the answers.

I really have no idea what the appeal of this game is about, and maybe you are such a fan, why don't you go and try to convience me to care about this franchise instead of suggest that i really shouldn't care at all?

Actually, this exactly why i'm in this thread, what this game has that is so engaging? Its not a slow paced game where you just stare at pretty things?

Again, why do people comment on games or franchises thery don't care about? That's the main question here.

The thread was for Nintendo Fans, yes, but also for those that care for Endless Ocean. Are you from the first group and want to know what the thread is about? Come in an join! But if the only thing you can say is "I never cared for that franchise, so whatever.", why waste your time posting? If you don't like it then just move to another thread, that's it.

It's like (albeit on another level) when Sony or Microsoft fans go into a thread of an exclusive for the other camp and try to dismiss it. Dude, if you have nothing interesting or relevant to say just don't say anything and move to somewhere else.

As for who this game is for, that is not an easy answer. I like it because it lets you explone a world that no other game offers and also because it lets you do it at your own pace.  It's like the open world RPGs where you can go wherever you want outside of the main mission and just explore what is around, except than in EO there are no fights and most of its objectives/missions have to do with exploring the seas to find what you've been asked for.But I know that this is not the kind of game for everyone.

It's because of that that I certainly won't try to convince anyone to like it or not. Look for videos and read reviews both from critics and users to learn more about it.
