Buddy Thing? I think I remember that when I had a laptop but I haven't seen it on my iPad. The mobile version must not have it 
I only notice if someone quotes me and the color turns purple / blue. Since I haven't been on much, I didn't see it change color.
This place has always been weird with posting pics and stuff. I'm not surprised. I'd use a screen grab...
