Nintendo should keep doing what they're doing. It's not that their strategy doesn't work, it's that they have a horrible time transitioning from one platform to another. They announce games and sometimes they are more than a year later than originally planned. HD development kicked Nintendo's ass the last two years, and made their home console suffer because of a tiny software library.
Nintendo's strategy is fine, it's just the realities of implementing it that have hurt them so bad. 3DS is a very old system, spec-wise, but it's going to reach an install base of around 50 million come the end of December this year. It's not as if there's no real demand for their games and hardware.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
