1) Pulp Fiction - Excellent characters, excellent dialogue. I remember quotes verbatim. Made me a Tarantino fan.
2) The Departed - Great performances by Leo DiCaprio and Jack Nicholson, but maybe a bit too much swearing. Made me a fan of Scorsese and crime films in general.
3) Good Will Hunting - Has an original and interesting story. And of course, excellent acting.
4) The Godfather - I was captivated by Brando, Pacino, Duvall, and Caan. I enjoyed it more than Part II.
5) Taxi Driver - Classic Robert DeNiro, what else can I say?
