I'm so tired of both sides already. Those still blaming Kamiya after all the facts have been out, and those who still think just because it isn't Kamiya's (or Nintendo's) fault the situation is somehow any less shittier for fans owning the wrong console.

Intentional or not, exclusivity sucks. This has always been the case since the history of gaming. Having to buy another console for one game alone is a legitimate grievance.

I don't agree. I think that competition is good, because it forces game developers to create something more attractive to consumers than what someone else is making.  The more consoles the better.  If three companies are making consoles, and all three are selling well and have stacks of exclusives, then our industry is  healthy and not stagnant or shrinking.  Having one console, made my one company, means that other companies are losing out, which means less interest in consoles, which means less games, which means consumers lose. Competition is our friend, not our enemy.  I would not want to see the harsh, bleak reality of a one console industry.

The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
