Wasn't really a fan of #8. That whole battle felt cliche as hell. And why exactly did the Telethia, who can all fly, only attack the entrance to a colony that has an open roof?
I thank you for not putting the part where Egil does his heel face turn. God I hated that. Why do so many Japanese stories feel the need to try to make the asshole villain sympathetic at the last second? Dude was an asshole who deserved to die, and his little "sacrifice" was anything but moving. Fun villain, lousy object of sympathy.
