I dunno if I'd make it put out pure raw power because at the end of the day it would become outdated in a matter of time and removing the tablet control/anything that makes Nintendo special would just make it exactly like a PS/Xbox console, I'd have zero incentive to want to buy it if it came to that because I already have a PC and there's millions more that would say the same, those that say different would be the minority and again Nintendo would be stuck back at trying to make a profit asap or it'll end up like an expensive sinking console.
All I'd want is a tiny bit more power, more on account merging and 100% cross platform play between the new 3DS and this made up console along with more deals and actually trying to court more indies and AAA's instead of waiting for them to come to Nintendo like breadcrumbs.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
