I know for certain microsoft will bundle the 360 with GTA 4 in the U,S, and I also know they wont in europe. The ps3 version will sell more in europe, but the install base of the 360 in NA will demolish the PS3 version by as much as 4 to 1 in my opinion.
Overall it should be like this by the end of the year:
360 NA: 6,000,000
PS3 NA: 3,000,000
Europe PS3: 3,000,000
Europe 360:2,600,000
