I would be for the teachers to be fired for being dumb having the threesome with a kid that is going to tell his friends anyway. What I don't agree is potential for jail time. The one thing I hate the most about the US here is how they treat anyone under the age of 21 (yes, you heard right, 21) as a damn kid. At 16 all teenagers are in their raging state looking for sex. Yet, here a 17 year old would be treated as a kid foe having sex with a 19 year old and the 19 year old goes to jail. No other country in the world treats teens 15 and up as defenseless kids.
Now, I will also say damn kid, I hate him for achieving greatness in his life.
