I tend to use UK as the basis, and then more often then not, scale upwards by a small-to-large percent to find France/Germany as they are often times better buyers of Nintendo products, for a Zelda title with some advertising behind it (even if it lacks Zelda in the name), I can see pulling decent% higher figures outside of UK.
