Well, considering that the Xbone is receiving far more multiplats than the Wii U, but it's not selling nearly as fast as the PS4 - also with the lack of AAA exclusive games to push the Xbone, I'd have to concede to the Wii U being first. The Vita is pretty much dead in the west, but it's selling fairly well in Japan. So, Japan would be what sells the Vita - but even so, I believe the Xbone would be neck and neck with the Vita at the 10m mark.
