PS4 runs unlocked... it is not capped but we don't know how much it variates over 30fps.

Xbone is locked 30fps.

I have watched the HQ gamersyde video of the PS4 version. Definitely running at constant 30fps, no judder at all.

Have you played the game?

I use 1080p 60fps capture hardware for work. It's unlocked and above 30, but I haven't tested anything else.
