I disagree... mostly. I think it looks remarkably like the old rubber costumes worn in old monster movies like godzilla.
I think... they're Ultraman villians. Why there is no Ultraman I can't say.
That'd explain the Ultra in the name by the way.
I'm assuming that's why the monsters look like they do.
