I'm thinking probably not.
The Mario Kart promotion was more of a one time thing to create a mid-year sales bump.
Smash Brothers already has the holiday shopping rush going for it and amiibo launch. I don't think Nintendo wants to get into the habit of giving away free games every time they release a major title.
