Yes, because Nintendo has confirmed it will, and because it will have been four years since the previous home console version, which is already a year longer than Iwata had wanted after Skyward Sword. He said in 2012 that he hoped the next one would be done in three, but obviously being the first HD Zelda, not to mention expectations increase with each installment, it takes quite a while to make those games.
I would be really surprised if it got delayed again. Four years is a long time.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
